Wont connect to my PC

I entered the correct IP addy, Host Name and rebooted the PC and every time, the "Connecting to the remote computer..." pop up dialog would appear for about a minute, followed by another pop-up dialog stating" "Error! Cannot connect to the host computer. Connection timeout! error code: 60 (OK)

I checked my AV and Firewall and allowed the app to access my PC, but still got the same pop up dialogs.

Waste of a buck.

I would give this *zero* stars if it were possible.
